I believe that providing support and evidence based information will empower women so that their birthing journey is one made with confidence, love and awareness. I have enormous faith in the bodies ability to birth and that women instinctively know how to birth if given the proper environment and support and that babies instinctively know how to be born. Maintaining my education is an ongoing process as I strongly believe in providing the best care and evidence based research for all my clients. It is an honor to be present at such a sacred miracle and given the opportunity to work with expectant families I do my best to work with complete presence.

As a Dona trained birth and postpartum Doula I can provide birth and/or postpartum support. I am also a qualified breastfeeding counsellor and mother of Cedar who had a beautiful home birth surrounded by a welcoming environment. I am currently working towards my certification with DONA International and am a member of Dona International, Bc Doulas, and the BC Lactation Consultants Association.
